Secondhand full wooden canvas wrapped with two “THUMBPRINT“ prints that were printed onto two orange secondhand test tees, cut into strips, and layered in stripes. I stapled the strips to the wooden canvas underneath the previous layer so the original artwork won’t accidentally expose itself.
This design is a photo manipulation experiment printed on secondhand using plastisol ink in Pittsburgh, PA.
Each print is unique. Textures and inconsistencies highlight the pre-existing wear and/or human-touch that each piece now showcases.
